Our Process
We are determined to provide the perfect setup that supports your wants and needs when it comes to utilizing your lakefront property.
 
Consulting
First, we start with an in-person meeting to discuss layouts and accessories. We then begin our research to determine the specific items we need to address from a structural standpoint, to ensure your pilings and framework withstand the elements. 
After discussing your vision and determining a plan that caters to your specific location, we move into design and fabrication.
 
Design & Fabrication
Our pier is an extension of your home and property. We will help determine colorways you'd find most aesthetically pleasing to coordinate with your home. If you have had a deck, stairway, or anything done in recent years on the exterior of the home, we can product match to that as well whether it be Trex, TimberTech or AZEK lines. 
 
We provide options that are composed of HDPE Plastic, which have 50-year warranties and are packed with a UV coating that guarantees only 10% color fading over the lifetime of the material. Our framework is custom fabricated from 1/4" wall, cold rolled steel tubing. Everything is locally sourced and fabricated in Minnesota.
 
Installation
During install we work right through the ice. We can work earlier in the year through late winter depending on where you are located. Installs are quick processes where we are at your home start to finish. The purpose of our product is to be maintenance free. We believe in using only the finest hardware, adhesives and proven materials that will survive the harshness of the outdoors.
